All our classes share the same core principles - we simply use different equipment as the "star" to create variety, challenge, and feedback. Whether you're just starting or are already active, adding Pilates to your weekly routine supports and enhances everything else you do – from walking to weight training to running.
Our Pilates classes are designed to help you move with more ease, build lasting strength, and feel more connected to your body. All classes are small, welcoming, and use a gentle, research-informed approach that prioritises posture, mobility, and resilience.
MOVE FREELY PILATES
Combines MELT, Pilates, and biomechanical iMoveFreely techniques to help reduce aches, ease stiffness, and improve movement. We use a variety of props including magic circles, weights, bands, sliders, poles, and more to support and challenge your body.

TRX PILATES
A fusion of Pilates and TRX suspension training for a dynamic, full-body workout. You'll build strength, challenge your balance and improve flexibility, all while staying connected to core Pilates principles.

HEDGEHOG PILATES
The "Hedgehog" is a spikey balance tool that helps release tension and build strength. It brings playfulness and variety to familiar Pilates moves, and supports spine health, balance and posture.

LONG LOOP BAND PILATES
This class uses long resistance bands to build tone, improve control, and challenge stability. The constant tension activates your deep stabilisers and supports alignment.

• Consistent Weekly Spot: When you sign up, you'll attend the same class each week. This allows you to build trust with your teacher, progress more effectively, and enjoy a familiar group environment.
• Need to Miss a Session? No problem, you can swap to another class (subject to availability) using our simple online system.
• Trial Class: Just £10 if you'd like to try a session first.
• Monthly Subscription: £42.50 per month for one class per week (based on 46 weeks per year). Options are available if you'd like to attend more than once a week.

✅ STEP 2: CHOOSE YOUR WEEKLY CLASS
After your trial, we’ll help you choose the classes that fit your needs, preferences, and schedule.
You’ll be given a dedicated weekly spot so you can build routine, connection, and confidence.
✅ STEP 3: SET UP YOUR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION
Once you've chosen your class, we'll guide you through setting up your monthly subscription (£42.50/month for one class per week, 46 weeks/year).
Want more than one class? Just ask, we have options for that too.

Once registered, you'll receive:

• A link to a growing online library of short Pilates sessions for at-home practice between classes
